KALPANA DESHPANDE
is facilitator at Atyaasaa Foundation. She is a graduate in Chemistry and a diploma holder in Business Administration. At present she is pursuing Masters in social work.

Kalpana’s career of over two decades as cabin crew has enriched her with experiences and observations. In course of her service, she has come across people from different walks of life viz. political figures, actors, business dignitaries and also common labourers travelling to Gulf seeking employment.

She has brought home evacuees from Kuwait via Dammam and Martyrs from the Kargil war. She has managed deportees, stretcher cases, unaccompanied minors, etc. By virtue of her profession, she has honed good communication skills and can anticipate others’ needs compassionately.

Kalpana has travelled to major cities in India, Gulf, U.A.E, Singapore, etc. on duty. She has developed good interactive skills with people in India and abroad. It is her passion to work with women and children, share her experiences and skills.

Grooming, etiquette and manners is what the airline gifted her with, now it is her turn to express her gratitude by sharing those skills with the society.
