Annasaheb Dange College of Engineering & Technology is a technical education institute in Western Maharashtra. The college has excellent infrastructure and offers various engineering and technical degrees for both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Established in 1999, the college is affiliated to Shivaji University, Maharashtra and approved by AICTE, New Delhi.
Atyaasaa's contribution:
The second, third and final year students of college are provided soft-skills, aptitude and GDPI training to improve their employability and competitiveness. This is a very elaborate immersion programme for the engineering students for enhancing their communication skills in English language, both in verbal and written form. This augments their confidence and self-esteem.

RIT was established in August 1983, and since then it has been a prominent name among technical institutions, in the region. The college offers a mélange of undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Atyaasaa's contribution:
Special faculty development training was conducted for the teaching staff at RIT. The training honed their communication skill in English language, with special emphasis on written and verbal skills.

Established in 1945, Kasegaon Education Society is one of the leading educational societies in Western Maharashtra. The Society, at present, manages 31 primary and secondary schools and 11 higher educational institutes, which includes arts, commerce & science colleges, information technology institutes, engineering college, management institutes, nursing institute and pharmacy college.
Atyaasaa's contribution:
A behavioural training was conducted for non-teaching staff at KES. The staff members learnt how to encompass their positive abilities in their work and achieve exceptional results. The training included topics like self-realization, motivational drivers, belief systems, expectation management and interpersonal effectiveness.
