He is a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) certified by The National Federation of Neurolinguistic Psychology, USA.
He has a rich and diverse experience in training, sales and marketing, advertising, business consulting, channel management, managing large-scale operations and human resource development. His passion for creating business excellence through transformational OD interventions has facilitated in building high performance teams and organizations.
He is a coveted coach for top notch brands for awakening excellence in the managerial, leadership and business competencies amongst CXOs, VPs and other senior leadership positions. He has varied experience of coaching numerous senior leaders both in India and overseas.
