The laws of the nature govern us all. These principles are supreme. All those who live in harmony, live in accordance with the laws of nature. The law of nature believes in symbiotic relationships, harmony, love, patience, growth and change. The supreme law is the law of cause and effect. The world is also all about change. Change or perish that’s the law.

The new age manager will know that no one is above the law of nature. They would practice the ‘law of cause and effect’ or the ‘law of karma’. This is also interpreted as ‘what we sow is what we reap’. When you sow knowledge and co-operation you nurture growth. If you sow politics and manipulation you reap losses and disharmony and your life is full of disease and decay. The new age managers will also be aware that the only thing that transcends the ‘law of cause and effect’ is love and an attitude of forgiving. We are all beings of love. When we arouse the feeling of hate and discontent we are uneasy and stressed out.

Hatred reaps negative emotions and manipulations. Only love is real. Love is very easily defined as; two or more individuals are together by their choice for mutual growth. All members in an organization decide to work together by their individual choices for growth. The point is when you desire growth for all; it results in the growth of the organization. It happens out of love for all and the organization you work for. When only one individual wants to grow at the cost of the others then it is manipulation and politics; there is no growth. What you sow is what you reap, that is the ultimate law and there are no exceptions. Look at all the manipulators in your life they grew fast for some time surely, but then lost out in the long run.

The trouble is our judgment is short-sighted and hence we start questioning all the ethics and morals and contemplate giving them up. The organizations that allow politics and manipulation will ultimately head towards a disaster in any case whether they know it or not. There are enough examples in corporate history, of organizations and managers having decayed and ultimately lost out because of manipulations.

The new managers will also be aware of the law of destiny. The life that you lead today is the outcome of the choices that you have made in the past. When you are open to change and learning, you can undo the resultants of your past and shape up your future. They will know it is the choices made in the present that will shape their future. The new mangers will know that the most successful approach is to take charge and ownership of the situation. They will know that they are responsible for the choices they make.

They alone can change the consequence through their learning of the past. They will become independent and help others become independent too. Nature is a great example of this. Everything in nature is independent and operates in symbiotic relationships. The weak shall always perish. Then why should the new age manager be dependant on the others and succumb to the pressures of parasitic relationships.

The new age management is all about taking charge of ones life through self-awareness, making the right choices in life in accordance with the laws of nature and evolving spiritually. Spirituality does not mean being religious. Religion and spirituality are two different streams of evolution. Spirituality does not mean going to the mountains, it is all about the soul evolving in accordance with the knowledge that Universe has to offer to you. By putting this knowledge to practice you evolve.

The choice of believing in the new age is left to you. Because the law of the nature says that everyone has the right to make his or her own choices. We make our lives through the choices we make. Some have already made it and some are on the verge of making it. Ultimately it is important to know that, we are beings of light, love and knowledge. The new age managers shall be the messengers of love and hope in every individual’s life.

So get ready for the new age. It is fast approaching. It is in accordance with the law of the Universe, which is all about growth. Let us all gear up to make our contributions.
