The scope of work included working with their learning center for value adding to various members.

Tata Motors Limited is India’s largest automobile company. It is the leader in commercial vehicles in each segment, and among the top three in passenger vehicles with winning products in the compact, midsize car and utility vehicle segments. The company is the world’s fourth largest truck manufacturer, and the world’s second largest bus manufacturer.

Key interventions being Innovation processes, Drive for Results and Decision Making, People Development, Business Leadership, World Class Companies, Managing Business Pressures, Internal Customer Care, Managerial Grid, Building Effective Teams, Dealing with Ambiguity. The customised program on Retirement Planning is conducted for senior leadership, Work Life Balance, role as assessors in the Assessment & Development Center. Series of above interventions are initiated on regular basis.

Tata Johnson Controls Automotive Limited is a supplier of seating systems. They serve spanning passenger cars, commercial vehicles, utility vehicles, earth-moving equipment and two-wheelers.

The scope included Management Development processes. An intervention on Cross Culture Sensitivity work was also conducted for key executives on overseas assignments.

Manufacturer of Electronics Components like Connector System, Local Area Network (LAN) Interconnection System, Electro-Optic Products, High-Speed Signal Interconnection System, Cable and Cable Assemblies, Relays Hybrids, Modules, Terminals and Application Tooling.

The scope of work includes Team Building and Spiritual Management work, Culture Building, Induction programmes and Climate survey. All senior managers of the organization in Pune and Bangalore have undergone the sessions.
