It is also about transcending the negative emotions and nurturing symbiotic relationships. To attain this an individual needs to imbibe the skills of harmonious living, which include stress management and time management skills.

Personal Leadership Programme is an empowerment workshop for ‘select managers’ in an organization designed through a combination of behavioral and soft skills. It is ideally suited for high productivity work environments.

This Programme is a two-day intervention designed to bring about self-awareness and understand the impact of ones behavior on people and the climate in the organization. It is also a forum where individuals become aware of immobilizing emotions owing to stress, which is an outcome of lack of time management and personal effectives skills. This programme also deals with issues of internal conflict and relationship stresses both at home and work.

End of the second day the participants would be aware of the limiting influences existing in self and evolve to take corrective actions. They would also be aware of their positive aspects and resolve to further strengthen them.
