All organizations have a goal to grow every year by increasing their market share. The members of the organization play a key role in ensuring this growth. It is imperative therefore that all departments whether profit centers or cost centers work cohesively towards a common growth oriented goal. However, increasing work pressures and daily crisis situations do not allow adequate opportunity to align the organization towards growth. The end result is all the members keep doing different assignments without a common goal in mind.
It is also imperative that the organizations need to introspect on the successes and learning to incorporate necessary changes in the work environment. It is important to develop a growth-oriented culture in the organization. This has to come from within each employee and not through operations channels alone. Organization Leadership Programme has been developed to address the issue of providing the right forum for planning towards growth and building cohesive teams with common goals.
