Organization’s interest lies in retaining their valued employees. To do so a dedicated team of individuals needs to be nurtured which can effectively counsel and identify employee concerns. This team must also understand the human behavioral aspects to become competent mentors.
Mentor’s Leadership Programme has been designed to suit the needs of senior managers and human resource group to effectively manage employee concerns and help augment their career growth within the organization.
This programme focuses on the various behavioral aspects, to help the participants understand and manage the employee issues. This forum dwells on different technologies such as Neuro Linguistic Programming, Psychology, Transaction Analysis, Emotional Intelligence etc. This workshop exposes the Mentors to various aspects of behavioral sciences and counseling skills. This process will go a long way in retaining employees within the organization by focusing on their growth areas and creating opportunities for job satisfaction amongst employees.
Mentoring is a process, which conveys the message to its employees that “we care”. This three-day programme is designed to value add to the existing mentoring skills.
