This Programme is an empowerment workshop for ‘select managers’ in an organization designed through a combination of behavioral and soft skills. This intervention is essential for developing effective leaders in an organization who can further build empowered teams. In order to achieve this it is essential that leaders understand themselves, their roles, strengths & capabilities and acquire skills for building winning teams. These leaders would also dwell into understanding various business processes and their integration to formulate goals in line with the mission and vision of the organization. Subsequently these empowered leaders will always play a crucial role in building motivated teams. This workshop will lay a strong foundation in developing an environment of trust and cooperation, thus having a direct impact on the bottom line of the organizations.

This Programme is a three-day intervention designed to bring about self-awareness and understand the impact of their behavior on people and the climate in the organization. It is important to understand that executives get patterned in their behavior and tend to get inflexible which has a direct impact on the relationships with their peers and are generally not aware of how people perceive them. One reason for this behavior is also that we do not really spend any quality time towards our self-assessment and therefore lack the effort of self-development. This lab brings people out of the comfort zone and thus goes a long way in terms of bringing about a change in the individual and thus the organization.

End of the third day the participants would be aware of all the limiting influences existing in self and evolve to take corrective actions. They would also be aware of the positive aspects and resolve to further strengthen them. This is also an ideal process for Talent Management.
