Outbound experiential processes are fast gaining acceptance in the corporate environment. These processes not only help professionals to bring about a personal change through awareness of behavioral processes but also are effective in meeting organization objectives.

The process is purely experiential and based on adult learning techniques. We have the capacity to manage large group size through multiple trainers also should the need arise. However the ideal group size per trainer of 25 members is recommended.

- Debriefs: All activities are debriefed to meet organization goals through management specialists and leadership facilitators.
- Safety Note: All activities are set up by qualified outbound experts with advanced grades in mountaineering and other allied activities. First aid kits and quality equipments are a part of standard operating procedures.
